Alice is working with Stephen Bond and helps our team to drive company growth by assisting potential new clients, building relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. She brings a unique set of skills to our team and has embraced her new role with remarkable enthusiasm.
Alice says “I’m thrilled to join RQC Group, I have had a wonderful time so far and continue to look forward to developing my role and my experience further. I’m also really enjoying working with such a fantastic team!”.
Here Alice shares a little more about herself, and what drew her to RQC Group…
What excites you about the future of your role at RQC Group?
There are so many opportunities to grow as an individual at RQC. I am excited to learn even more about the Alternative Investment industry and how compliance can play its important part.
What drew you to RQC Group?
RQC’s reputation spoke for itself. I was further drawn to the company when I met all the kind people who work here, that was super important to me.
Who would you say your role model is and why?
My father – growing up I was incredibly lucky to always have him to look up too (quite literally…) and learn from. He has shown me that hard work, a positive attitude, and always being kind to everyone you come across, can help build something everlasting and extraordinary.
What’s a fun fact about you that people might not know?
I am a level 2 qualified ski instructor and even did a ski season out in Canada.
What’s your favourite productivity hack or tool?
To do lists… I always make a new one at the start of each day. It helps motivate me and plan my priorities for that day.
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
I love to try new restaurants, travel, and occasionally shop… After next January I hopefully will have been to all 7 continents!
What charity is close to your heart?
Opening Knowledge across Research & Entertainment (“OKRE”) the charity that I worked with last year. They support the creation of original entertainment which challenges perceptions. Their work is vital as perceptions shape reality. They, like RQC Group, are some of the loveliest and most talented people I have met whilst working!
